<SPAN>Short story:
PokerStars has banned me for 3 months; my ban will be lifted on August 6th. Furthermore, my girlfriend can no longer play the same MTT's as me, or sngs, cash games, etc. They've banned our accounts for the same amount of time and put a flag on both accounts. </SPAN><SPAN>Full Tilt has banned my account for 30 days. They have given a warning to my girlfriend and she has not received any punishment regarding the matter.
Both sites concluded this: That I played under WhatsLogic for an ample time period (6-9 months) but that I did not ever play both accounts that were in a tournament. The hand histories proved this because the style of play was completely different.
They also concluded that I used WhatsLogic for cash games, but I do not know a pro that’s backed that doesn't have a separate name for cash games, but it's still against the TOS.
I will not be adding any emails to this, there was a lot of chatter back and forth between myself and stars, included were emails, phone calls, and faxes. There is also a lot of my personal information in there that I do not feel the need to share.
As far as my apology goes, I feel that the community does not need one from me. It's clear that I didn't JJ myself into tournaments. The final figure was 45 tournaments played together, and 9 from the same IP address. This is over an 18 month period. I never had two IP address or a wireless card until recently (Bellagio, and a few people can attest to this). However, I do feel that I've learned a lot about myself and other people because of this issue. To those of you that turned your back to me, stay turned away. To those that supported me, Thank You. I'm glad this shows that I didn't do the things that were accused of me.

so your saying just cause other pro's multi account cash games that makes it ok?
Im pretty sure the software you use to play MTT's also allows you to play cash games too in the same account. You just wanted a unfair advantage?

I'm not saying it's okay, I clearly stated it against TOS and that's why I'm banned. Also, everyone and their brother knew it was me under WhatsLogic as I clearly posted here that it was me. If you read things perhaps you'd know I was never trying to hide that fact.

Im pretty sure the software you use to play MTT's also allows you to play cash games too in the same account. You just wanted a unfair advantage?

Seems like the punishment fits the crime. GL when your suspension expires and I hope you learned your lesson on how to properly agree to a chop.

Or maybe he just can't play cash games under a backed tournament account (not that it makes MA'ing ok). I didn't think it was MA'ing after the evidence given (because why would you make it so blatant if it was), I'm glad you got it sorted out with FTP and Stars man after the community already made a decision. My plan is WSOP. I can play under FTP and UB while I'm there and I 100% plan on staying away for 3 months from Stars. Of everything that happened, there's no way I would ever risk my life playing on stars for 3 months.Originally Posted by rock3656

Yes, I was able to transfer my money out of stars. Full Tilt on the other hand, I was not able to. The funds are locked in there until I get my account back.Originally Posted by D41M41B

As far as your guy's issues with FTP: On both sites I talked with Senior Management and dealt directly with them and not any of the smaller support people. I suggest demanding to talk to upper management and seeing how that works out for you. -

Wretchy, keep your head up, fuck the haters and let them think what they want, as a backer I require my horses to have a seperate account for cash games and tournies, I can attest to this. You have been a solid a respected player and not one of your big scores came from getting an unfair advantage.
