As for the apology, it wouldn't have mattered if he made one or not as it was pretty obv thru the previous posts that he wasn't sorry about anything...so him apologizing is like someone telling a girl that they love her just to get her into bed... its super shady, doesn't mean anything and it would just end up upsetting people.

As for multiple accounts, people sharing hole cards and soliciting advice during games, cheating, and all that other shit, i really wish that these sites would burn everyone to the stake. Take all your money, ban your accounts, and send warning emails to anyone ever associated with them to not help them get back on those sites or they will be suspended too.

I am so tired of grinding away every phukin day playing on the same account I created on day 1 before i knew you were supposed to chose a cool clever sn trying to chase the dream only to read every week about guys who have stolen equity or broke terms of service be allowed to continue to prosper.

I wish the sites would take such a hard stance against players including tying them up in expensive litigation even if they had no chance at winning, just so the opponent would have to spend some of his winnings trying to defend himself. I wish they would create a website that listed all cheaters, what they did, under what screennames, any current / open investigatoins and the results, and make the whole process open and transparent instead of it being behind closed doors like it is today.

shyt...hypothetically speaking, fulltilt and stars could have said to wretchy "look..we know you phuking cheated your azz off, but we are just short of the evidence necessary to burn your azz"..meanwhile wretchy can come on here and post his version, and there is no way to fact check it.

I have busted my azz trying to be one of the top mtt players, yet week in and week out, it seems the real ticket to success is not to put in hours of studying, playing, and dedication....rather its walking a bunch of fine lines and grey areas, and sometimes just biatch smacking the fine line in her face to get ahead. Then, trying to justify it cuz a bunch of other shady characters also do it....

Girlfriends, Grandma's, and shared houses full of 5-6 people in the same tournament who swear up and down that they don't soft play or chip dump or share hole cards...when will this shyt end???

At least i know when i bust thru, no one can take my money or my respect away from me...i hope that continues to be enough for me as more and more people get exposed for taking additional advantages in the game not granted them because they obv don't feel their edge in the game itself is great enough. all this shyt really just ends up hurting the community as a whole in our pursuit to have the online game regulated and legalized, so they we can respectfully call this a profession. I'm just so tired of this shyt...doesn't anyone outplay their opponent anymore? enuff said.

I understand you feel you don't need to apologize, but why don't you do it anyway? It's just words, you don't even have to mean it. I think outright refusing to apologize and saying things like you don't see what you have to apologize for demonstrates a massive ego. Ego is a good thing, but it has to be kept in check and I would have thought this whole experience would have brought you down to earth.

When you think about it, perhaps if you had apologized when you reneged on that deal you wouldn't have made yourself such a target for this scandal.

not sure if im missing an important part of the story but, didn't Wretchy admit to playing on whats logic while wretchy was in the same tournament? how is that not multiaccounting?

Once the Bonus Grinding game got destroyed by UIGEA these guys were in a lurch and attempted to turn their sights onto rakeback scams. We have all seen the bots chugging away for hours on end until someone writes support and they go away. Well the sites had learned from the bonus fiasco to watch for abuse behaviours and are pretty wise to the whole thing.

My point is the sites have learned from bonus abuse teams, Rakeback abuse and sign up deposit fraud to watch for and actively lock accounts based on a set of criteria which experience has proven to be valid. However, when it comes to MTTs they rely almost completely on the players themselves to police them. The one major drawing that a poker site has is its huge MTT payouts which attracts fish and criminals alike. The sites are not protecting the average, rake paying, recreational player from the cheaters, angle shooters and Multiaccounters the MTT community itself is thanks to P5s and 2P2. Which in and of itself is completely and totally wrong.

The technology to detect this stuff is inexpensive and easy to implement. What is hard is finding a security/IT geek who is an experienced enough poker player to spot collusive play. Which obviously FTP or PS has not hired yet since an account controlled by 'Wretchy' from the same IP, in the same MTT, was playing "Obviously different" style of play. That is ludicrous and just too damned lame a response to even justify trying to explain why "Obviously Different" is obviously cheating. Factor in the fact that they allow known cheaters to serve very short suspensions and return with no indication at all on their screen name they have been caught in the past. PS and FTP need to get off their rear ends and address these issues before they ignore themselves into a buy out from Harrah's.
