WSOP Event #2 $1500 anyone playing it?

    Im just curious if anyone is playing in the WSOP Event # 2 $1500? I'm buying directly in this year. I'm just taking a shot.

    That is awesome, life is short take chances, I want to play that badly but I just cant figure out how to come up with the cash now. I am hoping to hit a score on line so I can play a couple of events in Vegas, I am going either way.

    Good luck and dont feel like you made a mistake if you dont cash, you are taking a shot and that is what its all about.

    In and pre-registered for 1A. Going to be a massive minefield, but should be entertaining. Anyone want to venture a prediction on how many players there will be?

    If you're looking to get the most out of your money, why don't you play a later $1500 event? The later events have much better blind structure and you also start with more chips. I'm assuming that since you're taking a shot, you would want to increase your chance of cashing and making a final table...

    I assuming he wants to increase his chance of a huge payday and making a name for himself.

    And the answer is yes, about 2000-3000 people are playing in this.

    WRONG. You always double the buy-in to determine how many chips you start with at the WSOP. Also your chances of cashing are the same. The only real reason to not play in Event #2 is that it is a fucking zoo during the first few days and I waited like 3 hours in line last year in order to sign up, but there are 2 starting days this year (i'm planning on starting on the 2nd day), so the line should not be so bad. Good luck and I'll see you at the final table.

    Was going to post the same thing, same blind structure. It actually should be the best 1500 event at the series since the play will be so so bad. I'll probably be playing day 2 also.
