  1. In my experience, a lot of people especially live don't know exactly how many big blinds they have left and what they are supposed to do with that, so when they see that they are far below the average stack when its very deep, they feel like super short and sometimes shove 15 or 20 bbs like if it was only 5 ! i seen that kind of stuff a lot especially live.

so i think that when we face shoves from unexperienced people we really should factor that, because they just don't play like us. nobody remember bigdogpckt5's live hand where a guy open shoved like 35 bbs from the SB with 42o or something into his pocket aces ? (i think he even slowrolled the poor guy like it wasn't fun enough! haha)

  2. 100% fold
The Main Event will offer way better spots just a few minutes/levels down the road

  3. i would love to hear the explanation from you or your friend on how this could possibly be considered a call.

If the guy is middle aged it isn't even close, don't even think about it. If you don't have a read on him to this point, it's because he hasn't played a hand. I probably sigh fold KQ to a middle aged guy shoving 16 BBs.

    I was thinking this.
  5. I'm folding in both main event and online. without a read. (leak?)

The range given by someone in stove, considering this middle aged player is a rando, is far too wide imo.
