  1. Why is there a rule that once youre in the money you cant use an MP3 player of any sort? i can understand why they have it in there coz someone asking "what?" every time someone says something does get a bit tedious! but why only after the money bubble?

  4. ya ive heard its a rule, idk the reasoning behind it. if they think its will slow down the game then ban it from the whole tournament. weird that it changes in the middle

  5. at Fallsview casino,mp3 where ban too

  6. the logic behind this is that it's extremely difficult to figure out the difference between an mp3 player, a phone, or a computer. so instead of saying 'no phones on the table when in the money' and having to ask to examine everyon'es iphone/droid/ipod/mp3/8track player...they just figured it'd be easier to say you can use phones and whatever at the table before the money, and once youer' int he money you can't use anything

But the question remains, why does the MP3 policy change once you are in the money? Dealers would have similar problems distinguishing between computers and MP3 players if it is in the money or not.
