  1. I won another seat. This one at party. I'm still not sure if I can go. I'm not sure what Party's policy is, but if it can be sold, I might need to sell it. If anyone is potentially interested, just IM me here. Thanks.

  3. i pm you.am intreasted so let me know ..thanx

  4. I'll give you a signed picture of myself and two...actually, three Jolly Ranchers for it. Seriously though, congrats on winning it. Hope you at least get the cash for it.
  5. I was told by party that if I won a seat on their site after winning on another site, I could not sell, transfer, or get cash for the seat.

I hope they've changed that policy, or you may be SOL. GL Wach, hopefully they will work something out.
  6. So in other words, party pockets 12K that the players put up for no logical reason whatsoever.

Man, these policies sure seem fair.....
  7. Well it is stated pretty clearly in their terms and conditions i believe.
  8. It absolutely is stated very cleary in their policies.

That doesn't make the policy fair.

I feel the money does not belong to the site. Nor does it belong to the player who can not take the seat. I think the fair thing to do would be to award it to the next place finisher. The money came from the players in THAT tourney and belongs to those players. Not the site or the player that broke the policy.

Having said that, I like Wach and hope he gets the cash or is at least allowed to sell it : )
  9. I thought they did give it to the runner up. Thought i read that in the policy.
  10. If they do I think that would be totally fair.
  11. He should be able to use it in the future. Not sure of party's policy either but that should be the case.
