    They've basically closed my account until I send them I.D to prove im 18 which is a fkin joke to begin with...

    anyway, as soon as I got the Email, I forwarded a picture of my drivers licence to them and now I have to fkin wait for them... and we all no what full fkin tilt's support is like... this is shitty.

    i recently wanted to cash some out, and found out that you cannot cashout (or even make transfers to others) untill you've sent them a copy/scan of your passport. Also, if you have EVER deposited through creditcard, they want to sent copies of both the back and the front of the card. So i jump into livesupport and ask the guy if its really nessecary, since i will only cash out, and deposit via Neteller. He says no, i say yay. So i scan my passport and email it to them. That's where the real shit starts.

    - The next day I receive a mail back asking if i can include my creditcard copies aswell.
    - I send one back saying i'm not too keen on giving out info like that, Also the card i apparently used to deposit there is one i got rid off over a year ago, and obviously cut to pieces when i threw it with the trash. Getting tired by this i tell them i can send them a scan of my new creditcard if they want to.
    - Next day i receive a new email saying they really need confirmation that the creditcard i once in an online-fund-less period over a year ago used to put $25 on there. They will need a bankstatement of some sort or a letter from my bank (yeah right) to prove that i had that card.
    - So i spend 1,5 hr searching for a statement, which sux, since i throw those kind of papers all out at least twice a year. So, no proof of me ever having that creditcard. Luckily i remember a bag with real old school stuff in which there might be some old mail too... i find a 2005 statement of said card, scan it, send it to them, tell them how ridicilous they are and that if they pull one more of these jokes on me i will take not just a part of, but all of my money out of their site.
    - Again.... day later (today) .. i receive an email that they will now review the info i've sent them, and that this will take them 3-5 days!! (if they hadnt reviewed it how could they be whining about it?!?!)

    all i'm saying is....... it could be worse ;)

    and yes, maybe this doesnt belong in ur thread, but since no one cares about it i thought i'd just get it off my heart here \o/

    I sent them my fuckin ID, im nearly 20 ffs... The issue is that they do this and then take 6 months to get back to you... its a fuckin joke

    wow you should have said that up front... you do have a good complaint here... 6 months is crazy. i would say one week is reasonable but 6 months is crazy

    i AGREE, ANYONE WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH FULLTILTS SUPPORT PROBABLY DOESN'T PLAY THERE ANYMORE.
