    I was seated at 10/20 nl hu @ fulltilt, then this crazy guy sat down .. He started with potting evry single pot, untill he start insta showing preflop!

    Doubtful you'll keep the money since it was stolen from whomevers account was hacked into. Freezing your account with the stolen funds in it is standard so you can't cashout/lose the money that isn't yours in it before they can nail down how much to give back to the wronged player.

    Hello again Bjorn,

    Again I apologize for the inconvenience; however we always perform an
    extensive investigation into all reports of fraud or hacked accounts,
    and make every effort to return the recovered funds to the victims
    whenever possible.

    First and foremost we always start by suspending accounts that may be
    associated with the case, and do an audit of all hands played and any
    attempt to move the money off the site. If we find that an account has
    "dumped" their chips to another person(s), we freeze the funds and
    return them to the players who have been victimized.

    However, if the hacked account participates in legitimate table play
    losing to regular players, without attempting to funnel money off the
    site, we are unable to assume any liability for the losses that occur
    during that session as the money contributed to those pots was won by
    legitimate players such as yourself.

    At this time I have re-opened your account with all funds intact and
    untouched, and I can understand your frustration and appreciate your
    patience while we cleared up this situation. I am unable to go into
    specifics about the other accounts, but want to thank you personally for
    bringing this to our attention. A report such as yours is valuable in
    helping us pick up leads on accounts that may have had their security
    compromised. If you see anything strange in the future, please let us
    know and we'll be happy to look into it.

    But if you <span>lose</span> money to a hacked player, you won't get it back? Seems a little rigged if you can't keep the money you won when you risked your own money to do so (what if aceofhearts caught a K?).
