No real reads just moved to this table a few hands ago- was actually more worried I was beat by the SS who open limped for some reason. Just couldn't find a fold here IDK.. Any suggestions on how to better play my hand here much appreciated. Thanks !

How often do you plan on laying down what you perceive to be the best hand?
SchneiDRO420 [Ac Ah] out played you from the bb. It happens in poker when they get trappy/tricky. We usually designate callers as bad players, but you will occasionally run into some one making this play.
How can you avoid this situation? You could fold any pair under AA, but you would be playing weak-tight. -
just unfortunate

I wouldn't raise him pre. Just limp and play them post flop

Don't see any way you could have put villain on any overpair other than QQ, and even that seems a stretch. You played it fine, just unlucky.
