what does he call the flop that he shoves the turn for?
With no reads on the situation, I say this is a fold. The board texture is straight rainbow. Removing the "lost his mind factor", you aren't really ahead of too much.
The queen on the turn doesn't change the board. The villain either flopped second set and is jamming because he doesn't perceive your bet as a straight, or he actually holds a made straight.
Tough situation.
