  1. Since snooker__31 returned the funds and contacted me personally, I decided to take down the post. My sole intentions were to protect the members of the P5s community. I was not posting this to bitch and complain about being cheated. I've been cheated many times and didn't want others to be cheated. That was it.

  2. LOL..

    I told you guys.. Sigh.
  3. I'd be happy to answer any questions regarding Stefan. I don't want him to cheat other players.

Those emails were via Gmail and he has since closed that account.

  4. Sounds to me like dude was trying to make things right. You know this is a risk you take when you back someone over the interwebs. You are as much to blame as he is, You see 1 of these posts a week think people would learn. Take the 100 buck a month deal and cut your losses.
  5. degenerate
  6. I posted this to protect players from being scammed through the contest he's running. I know the risks. I've made a lot of money staking players and willing to take the risk. I think I have a responsibility to come forward and warn others. I wasn't looking for responses like the one you left.

Note that he tried to login into the account 7 times this morning. I think this is someone that people shouldn't trust there money with.

  12. Your a douche Mike, I'll ship everyones money back, I was being legit and this was a way to get better with the poker community, idiot.
  13. I dont know the scenario. I would suggest either send everyone their money back or send it to me until it blows over..

Ship to 6 Shades (Uncasville) on stars.. Im sure everyone here has no problem with that.

The way to get better with the poke community is to pay your debts, not hold money for a pool on P5s. I have ethics and values. I'm not going to let you run a pool after what you did.

By the way, do you have a good reason for trying to login to the account this morning 7 times?

  15. I don't know OP or snooker but I don't see the scam. He did spomething he wasn't supposed to with stake and is now paying the stake back. I'd have waited until after Oct 31st before I made this post.
  16. This competition was to give me motivation to grind and earn some respect back. Money is shipped back, if anyone still wants to run the competition you can send to AFINK I dunno

I see your point, but I didn't think someone that broke the terms of our agreement and tried to log in to the account 7 times several days later should be running a pool and holding money later that day. That didn't settle right with me. Therefore, I decided to make the post.

I thought it was the right thing to do.

I agree with the OP. You obviously can't be trusted. The posters here owe a thank you to Jayhawk. He's not a douche for calling you out. He ought to call your gf too. I think the odds are pretty high the funds transferred for your contest would have disappeared.

  19. I've transferred back the funds....get a life guys, I was just trying to have a competition to motivate me to grind and earn back respect and pay him off. I'm not admitting I didn't do anything wrong
  20. I'm bored, so I took the time to read the whole thing.......... and I'm lost. So you staked someone for 1K, and he lost. Hmmmmmm, too bad?

Now he offers to pay back, and I assume it is b/c he played at a higher level that what he was supossed to.
Where is the drama here? What he did that is worth to call him out in the forum? You come out as a rough guy here OP. I can't imagine Bax, Sheets, Mig or any other staker posting such personal issues with a stakee, specially when the guy offers to pay back ( which AFAIK is not the rule in backing deals).

And LOL at the interest part. Mob rules huh? You stack people but if they lose 1K you get all stressed out, and your life gets affected in such a terrible way?

  21. The guy made a mistake, contacted his backer upfront about it to arrange a payment plan, Jayhawk responded like he was some million dollar hot shot backer.

This seems much more like a mistake than a scam. While I agree he shouldnt be running a contest, this could have been handled in a better way. No reason to ruin a guys reputation over a $1000 stake gone wrong.

Thank you, I'm paying him back and I'm not a scammer, all funds were shipped back to the players who sent them too me. I think he is really invading my privacy by posting all these details. This is ridiculous mike, good luck getting players to play for you. I was running bad as you knwo and made a dumb decision it doens't deserve allof this as I'm trying to redeem myself.

He was allowed to play 50NL 6max and decided to dust off the account playing 5/10 PLO.

The drama here is that I don't think he should be running a contest and holding money. I mean he tried to login to the account less than 24 hours ago. I don't think this is someone that can be trusted.

If I hadn't said anything and if he ended up pocketing the money, I would have felt guilty that I hadn't said anything and others would have been stolen from as well. I didn't want that to happen.

  25. Delete this garbage thread, I shipped back all of the money you idiot. You are crossing some serious lines posting my name and IP etc.

Couldn't you just PM'd him and let him know that? I don't know any of you, and when you post in a public forum, you have to assume that 99.9% of the people reading your post doesn't know you either. Therefore, all the info they have will come from your post. Well, after reading this whole thing, I know 2 things:

1: Never ship $$$$ to someone you don't know about ( this are old news)

2: Don't accept staking deals from people with stress problems.

Hey JFinn, would you send this guy money for a contest knowing he might not be able to control his urge to gamble with it? Think about it dude. No matter how you spin it, if you are given money to do one thing, and you piss it away on something else, its wrong. The OP got beat, and has every right to let the community know.

  28. Thanks you, I guess you were doing what was best for the community in your eyes but I wasn't scamming anyone fwiw I offered multiple times to have other poeple hold it

  30. I just read thru this boring shit....I really dont think hes scamming u. unless a few months go by and hes paid nothing back. then u should start to worry.

I thought it was really weird how he kept saying please dont call my place cuz my girlfriend blah blah blah. How would she know about it any way. unless he called up and asked for the deadbeat who owes 1k everytime. U dont have a cell? jesus.....It seems snooker is makin a big deal out of calling his crib when all that bravejhayhawk would have to do is call and if his girl answered just ask for stefan. seems pretty easy to me. those emails were rediculously redundant.
