Yes, AP called me and informed me that they will be putting $500.00 into my acct. as a result of my personal information being sent out in the infamous HH. AJKhoosier posted the other day about receiving an email from APwatchdog, the same email I received, so I can only imagine that all users who's personal info. was made public will receive the same $500.00. In my brief conversation the rep. sounded as though they were making a lot of these calls, but didn't give out any new info.

It is a giant step forward and a pretty good indicator that AP is going to try to make it right, especially considering the the OP did not even play in the tournament in question and was only observing.

Yes, i just received the same call...although the AP rep told me to change my email account and said they would deposit $500- w/in 48 hrs ...into my account.....at the risk of sounding ignorant is this legit? sorry, guess i am still looking over my shoulder :)

Matt G actually happened to watch the table with POTRIPPER on it.

Make sure it doesn't come with a release of claims, unless, of course, you are satisfied with $500.

Assuming your AP email is the same as your P5s email, you won't be getting anything, at least from observing because you do not show up in the file. I do see that you played though...

It's possible that you just opened up tournaments after the spreadsheet cuts off.

Also, there are 267 unique emails in the spreadsheet. By my calculation, that means that this is costing AP around $130.5K to do (this one move, although I suspect the other moves will be significantly costly as well), although I kinda hope they aren't sending $500 to scott@rivieraltd.com and user 363.

This is a good start, but I thought the first step would be to give the people who actually played in the tournment their $1060 back.

You must be using an email that I don't know of.
