I am guessing the main issue is that you didn't download the software through a p5's link. Of course, you probably already had the software installed on your computer, being as your husband has been playing for years. Good luck, I hope you get the training site subscription in the end. Don't give up!

Honestly, it appears that you are the one that made the mistake, not them. If that is the case, then take this crap out on yourself, not someone who asked you to follow a couple of simple steps in order to receive free training.
With that being said, if this stresses you out that much, then why don't you withdraw your money from PS and join another affiliated site, deposit and start from scratch?

Had the same thing happen to me with a rakeback thing. Sucked. Just sign up for your own Pocket fives account (we need more Evil's here, I think), than pick another poker site, like Full Tilt and get your free training. Lesson learned. Poker delivers bad beats. They suck. Wait to you get 2 outed for a 12K WSOP package.

So, you believe that instead of contacting Sandy directly concerning the problem, and acting like a responsible adult, you choose to come on here and spew retoric as to how P5 is corrupt, cheating you, and stealing from you.
I understand that is how all reasonable adults go about fixing a misunderstanding. Sandy's email to you clearly states that you created 2 accounts.
To be honest, my 8 year old daughter could have communicated the message in a better way than you have. You claim to have fortune 100 experience? If I worked with you and you acted like this, I would not work with you. If you are an adult and have a professional background, I would imagine that you would go about dealing with this a different way. Frankly you come off like a child, but hey we're all cheating you and stealing from you, why would you want to be professional and act like an adult?

While managing the production of life saving products we did use bleach, and we did scrub. So our products would be free of contaminates. So people like you , your parents , your grandparents would get the quality product they deserve. Unlike here were you get lots of silly remarks.....and no free training
