  2. I'm actually not sure, but I'm going to through this out there just to get a conversation going.

I think this is so opponent dependant that it's hard to comment on. Have you been stealing a lot? Has this guy been re-stealing a lot?

Given that the only read is that this guy is that he's tight but might be tilting, I think you should fold and try to get your money in in a better spot. If you're sure he is tilting, then calling looks better.
  3. This looks like kind of a tough spot. Given that it folded to the button who raised, he could be pushing back with a wide variety of cards and you should really have decided what you would do here before you raised. As played I think you are mostly racing with some air and some over PR in the mix and you need to fold.

If you where going to call a push you should have just pushed yourself.

    my 2 cents
  4. You are dead on with your "If you where going to call a push you should have just pushed yourself" comment.
  5. J, as the hand looks now on paper there is not enough info to say either way. From the surface I would say that this is one of those "you be me" situations where if you call and are wrong you become him as far as stacks go. Your in good control of the table now with your stack, find another place to race...but if the same situation happened again and he shoved I would look his ass up quick. I always give the benefit of the doubt once.

The comment of shoving first is on target I think, 99 vs. random BB is nice odds in your favor. Holla at me later.
  6. If I think the player is tilting then he could have anything from 67 off to AA so if your a gambler, your in a good spot with your chip stack even if you do lose the hand.

I think I fold this one and see if a better spot arises.
