    If this was widely know, sorry. I just got this in an email...

    The online gaming community has renewed hope for one of the candidates running for US President, and she just happens to be the favorite to win.

    Supporting a study on the matter and supporting the act are two entirely different things.

    This statement has absolutely no bearing on whether she endorses online poker or opposes it. This was an answer given so that later on she could decide either way and still claim that she did not change her mind.

    True. Still, as our opponents oppose a study as as the industry (and, more importantly, the part of the industry who want to offer the service) her taking this position does provide some useful data for us.

    Also, the fact that Edwards came out against the study helped us differentiate between the candidates.
