    Yesterday's KY Supreme Court hearing went well. If you missed the live streaming on the web, you can see it at http://theppa.org/special/kentucky-poker/ .

    The highlight was when the Commonwealth's lawyer cited a case that was overturned on appeal a few months ago. Our lawyers found out a few weeks ago that it was overturned and let the KY Supreme Court know (the Commonwealth cited the same case in the earlier hearings). They notified the Commonwealth and added it to the record, but the Commonwealth apparently didn't know. Even I received a copy (from our lawyers), so LOL at the state, which never really recovered from that error.

    We won't get a ruling for a couple of months. I'm optimistic.
