what's the deal, i heard some dude got 195k taken off him by dk gov this month ["unemployed" online poker pro], and they [danish gov] are trying to charge a ridic 50% tax on winnings from outside .eu for .dk residents.

maybe the guy was tax-dodging, but the danish dude i chatted to seemed under the impression that live and online poker is going to be a joke and barely legal in .dk [maybe until they regulate?]. he also told me that a group of poker players he knows in copenhagen are thinking of leaving the country due to law stuff (but consulting a lawyer at present afaik)..

anyone know what's what, all the info i have is based on some chats and 1 article in danish I was linked to.
