    Obama freezes all federal regulations pending review. I wonder if this means the last minute regs to enforce UIGEA are on hold?

    Unfortunately, the UIGEA regs took effect Jan. 19th. However, they can still be repealed by Congress in an omnibus bill to repeal midnight regs that took effect within 60 days of Jan. 20. Hoepfully such a bill will pass.
