    This seems to me to say that the UIGEA isn't going to have any teeth when it finally becomes law because of the glaringly large loopholes. It indicates that online poker sites will have little or no trouble setting up legal, convenient methods of accepting transactions from players with US bank accounts. Does his opinion seem reasonable, or is he missing something important?

  2. I'm not a lawyer or a professor, but thanks for the link. It was an interesting read. I hope the author is correct in his interpretation of the UIGEA.
