IMO, pushing our opinion via the media is one of the most important things we can do. So many people have not had their opinions on gaming challenged. They tend to believe what they've heard all their lives -- poker is a vice. This is especially true within the conservative movement. Many conservatives think they are supposed to wish to ban poker (B&M as well). We can challenge that.

In an effort to lead by example, I've written several columns on this over the past year or two. I hope more poker players will write columns, blogs, and letters to editors as well. It will pay off.
So, I encourage you to write an article that represents your viewpoint.
