The time is drawing near for a redoubling of our efforts to cajole Congress into acting on the pending legislation near and dear to us.
In the days leading up to the return from Christmas break we need to great them with many good letters and reasons to act.
Areas we need to begin exploring and discussing to base the thrust of our position are (please add to this list):
- <LI class=MsoNormal>The really impossible task of writing accurate regulations to prevent overblocking</LI>

- <LI class=MsoNormal>The delay of the Antigua / WTO sanctions ruling allows another window of opportunity for the U. S. to avoid costly sanctions from Antigua that will harm American companies.</LI>
