US citizen moving abroad, want to play on non -US sites

    I am a US citizen who just moved to Vietnam. I want to play on non US-sites while here and was wondering what is the best way to deposit money onto these sites. Do I need open a bank account here in VN to fund my online poker accounts or should I go through an E-wallet like Neteller?? Anybody with experience in this situation, please advise me on what you did. Thanks in advance!

    if you didnt get a bank account there then you wouldnt be able to deposit on non us poker sites. Only option is to get a VN bank account.

    Best is for you to open a neteller account. Sites will require proof of address as well, but they don't care if you are American as long as you don't reside in America. GL on partypoker.. I moved from US to UK, it prob works similar from Vietnam.. Jax
