  2. Seems like Nevada might do it in a way that the rake won't be obsene to the players. Interesting to see what eventually passes in the first few states to jump into regulated online poker/gaming.
  3. Think it makes sense - if the gigantic fees in California and Florida are just credits against the taxes anyway, it's not like it makes a huge difference in the state's bottom line. Those fees just seem like a barrier to entry for smaller companies, from what I can tell.
