Proposed legislation from Washington State Senator Margarita Prentice would allow lottery retailers that offer Keno games to increase their frequency from once a day to once every 4 minutes. This is an attempt to close the gap on the state's $2.5 billion deficit. Prentice is the very same person who pushed through legislation outlawing online gambing and making it a Class C felony to participate.
