Let's all ask the DoJ for a simple, streamlined process for repayment of FTP funds. DoJ has all the players' names and all the account balances, so they should wish to make the process as simple as possible. Additionally, PPA's legal team will remain fully involved as the ‘voice of the player’ to ensure we are all heard throughout this process. So, let's all do our part here:

Whats asking the DOJ have to do with it? they dont hand out the money-Poker Stars will probably and under supervision is the assumed here?? We Thought and are under the imression that after the buy out that just went down between FTP & Poker Stars, and the deal they cut with the DOJ that would leave Poker Stars responsible for paying the Fulltilt players owed the total of about 150M....(???????) It looked as if the DOJ put the ball back into the hands of Poker Stars??? (these speculations are based upon articles read/posted around the Poker magazine communities)

::::::here is a bit of an article from the NEW YORK TIMES::::::7/31/12;;;;;;;;;;;;
As part of the agreement, pokerstars, which is based in the Isle of Man, off Ireland, will forfeit $547 million to the United States government, and will acquire Full Tilt Poker, which is based in Dublin. PokerStars will make $184 million available for foreign players who were never given their money back by Full Tilt Poker. -

Under the terms of the settlement with pokerstars, the company agreed to forfeit $547 million to the U.S. and to reimburse the approximately $184 million owed by Full Tilt to foreign players, in order to fully resolve the allegations in the complaint. The settlement further provides that PokerStars will acquire the Forfeited Full Tilt Assets from the Government. Full Tilt’s U.S. fraud victims will be able to seek compensation for their losses from the Department of Justice from the $547 million forfeited by PokerStars.
In other words, PokerStars has provided funds to cover all player balances at Full Tilt Poker and the DoJ is establishing a process by which we U.S. players can request and receive our money. While PPA does not yet have the detailed information on the specific process to follow, we are calling for a streamlined process and repayment of 100% of player account balances.
(Thanks for the email with the details, Understood, ;-) Never mind, lol ;-) -

Let's all tell the DoJ we want repayment of FTP funds based on our balances on the site, not on deposits made. DoJ has all the players' names and all the account balances, so they should wish to make the process as simple as possible. Additionally, PPA's legal team will remain fully involved as the ‘voice of the player’ to ensure we are all heard throughout this process. So, let's all do our part here:

Well. Hey- I am A Proud 2 Play Poker Player & Paid Member with the Poker Players Alliance,
we find it easy to be obligated to the Alliance, considering all The PPA has done, and always wondering
where would we all be without them(?) Also Knowing that We Certainly wouldn't have gotten THIS FAR without the proper information and direction the PPA has been providing for us all this time. ;-) -
WELL SAID!!! aside from maybe a little ill-concern for any of this on the DOJ's part, how ever slow they might be during this ---- IT is a no-brainer, No Doubt... and again Very Well Said!!! ;-)
