Overview:
When I think of Full Tilt, I think of the chance to play with some of the best poker pros in the world. Howard Lederer, Phil Ivey, and about a dozen other marquee names in poker play on Full Tilt. Full Tilt has quickly grown to rival PokerStars in size and an online poker room you can’t miss. A weekly $750k Guarantee tournament and the Full Tilt Online Poker Series await you at Full Tilt. Plus, with a 100% deposit bonus up to $600, you can take advantage of one of the best bonuses available.
How to Download:
Click here to download Full Tilt. Upload your very own avatar and start playing in no time. Full Tilt even offers a fully-downloadable version for Mac players. Traffic regularly approaches 50,000 players, meaning a wide variety of games and tournaments are at your fingertips. The site is one of the centerpieces of high-stakes poker on the weekends.
Customer Service:
E-Mail: support@FullTiltPoker.com
Deposit Support: cashier@fulltiltpoker.com
Full Tilt has many e-mail addresses given for its various departments, so finding someone who can help you is quite simple. I posed a deposit question and received an informative response in about seven hours.
Marquee Tournaments:
This site was designed by Pros, so the blind structure naturally caters to skill. The blinds start out at 10/20, and you get 1,500 chips. The blinds go up every 10 or 12 minutes after that, depending on the tournament, and they never double. In fact, its at times surprising how slow the blinds increase. There are also a number of deeper stacked tournaments, and most of the $100+ buy in events allow players 3,000 starting chips.
$750k Guarantee
Every site has its hallmark tournament and at Full Tilt, it’s the $750k Guarantee. Teeing off every Sunday at 6:00pm ET, you can satellite into this $216 buy-in tournament for as little as a couple of bucks. Over 4,000 entrants typically play. There’s even a running Satellite Challenge to drum up even more competition. One Sunday every month, the $750k Guarantee becomes a $1 million guarantee event with a $535 buy-in.
The Sunday Brawl
It’s a violent name, but the bottom line is this $100k guarantee tournament takes place every Sunday at 2:00pm ET. The $256 buy in is split between the tournament pool and a $40 bounty on your head, meaning the entire field is gunning for one another. It also means there’s a lot more cash to be had. Around 1,500 poker players hit the tables early for the Sunday Brawl.
The Sunday Mulligan
Just like tournaments you’ll see on PokerStars and other sites, the Sunday Mulligan offers players one last chance to make some cash every weekend. The tournament starts at 7:05pm ET, about an hour after the $750k Guarantee. $216 will get you a ticket in and you’ll be competing against roughly 1,000 players.
Cash Games
Unlike other sites that boast 10-handed ring games, Full Tilt caps the number of seated players at nine. Full Tilt offers a wide variety of cash games – most every limit and no limit player will find the stakes to suit them. The middle limit tables are ripe with action and there’s even a $500/$1,000 no limit table offered. At the time of writing, there were over 200 $0.25/$0.50 tables available, meaning you’ll be able to find a seat and start playing quickly and easily.
Major Promotions:
Full Tilt Online Poker Series
The Full Tilt Online Poker Series, or FTOPS, is a rising star. Tournaments include Hold’em, Omaha, Razz, Stud, and a variety of six-handed games that will test any poker player’s skill. It’s easy to see why Full Tilt becomes the center of the poker universe during the FTOPS, with millions of dollars guaranteed throughout the events. Similar to events at PokerStars and Bodog, the FTOPS attracts the very best crop of online poker players in the world.
Guarantee Tournaments
One of my favorite things about Full Tilt is the volume of guaranteed tournaments offered. My dollar goes just a little bit further. There’s a $55 tournament with a $50,000 guaranteed prize pool daily at 9:30pm ET. There’s also a $26 tournament with a $32,000 guaranteed prize pool daily at 8:00pm ET. The bottom line is you’ll find a tremendous amount of value at Full Tilt.
The Full Tilt Pros
No discussion of Full Tilt would be complete without the Full Tilt Pros. Play against Allen Cunningham, Andy Bloch, Gus Hansen, John Juanda, and pros from the online poker training site CardRunners on Full Tilt. Even The Hendon Mob makes its home on Full Tilt. The sheer talent on Full Tilt makes it a site thousands of players flock to every single day.
