Online Poker Tournament Rankings

I'm currently playing in the $3 rebuy on Full Tilt. I've only went uber deep in it once when I got 12th or something. But after being on a losing streak for a little while I feel as if I'm turning the corner. Lets go through this tournament as we go. I'm at the 2 hour break sitting in 113 out of 251. I'm in for $12. A recap would be me tripling up at the end of the rebuy. My A7 held up as I hit the flop against AQ and lower pair. Why not go all in at the end of the rebuy if you plan on double buying and add on. I hover around 11000 till i semi bluff after the turn. Q high flop I have A10 and I hit the 10. Last to act i bet 3/4 of the pot. Guy beside me NOCTURNE just calls. Rag comes and I bet 3/4 again---3255 into 4325---

2 Diamonds on board so I figured that he was drawing big time. He never called so I got that pot for 4+. 15930----took some chips when it got to me and I bet 3/4 when my 7 hit in the turn. There were 2 9's out there and a flush draw. Girlfriend is wondering what the hell I'm doing at the table. L1verpoolFC just layed his small blind to me. I can smell the fear in him. Got to me and I just bet 1625 into Nocturne (54000) and Ahmet71 with A7. 17130----

He called, A hits 2 hearts on board. I lead out and he calls---He has my 6's beat---I check he bets 5400 into 8300 pot. Take it.

New Table sitting with 16812. I loved to get staked for any FTOPS EVENT. I've only played main event type tournaments 4 or 5 times. Have done really well. When your trying to build any type of bankroll.

Sitting here at my table in Yellowknife NWT (AKA Ice Trucker Homeland) and I just busted 4th in the $3 81SNG SAT to Sunday Major. So close to the SAT ticket. I have only played the big buy in tournaments 3 or 4 times. I have cashed in all of them including a $900 score in the FTOPS when Lingren won. Playing the majors full time would be awesome. But who wouldn't want to. Trying to satellite in can be hard if you don't have a bankroll to really get a good shot.

I have to admit that i watched the FT of the main event on pokerstars. Just fact that you are playing a game for that much money is mind boggling. A win in that tournament can set you up for life. Some of these online guys better have a good savings account and or invested. A site should come up with a KO BOARD. I think people like to know how many KO's they have and against.

I so played the $3 rebuy which is now $8000 gaurantee. That certainly makes me want to play it more. Strangely I have only cashed in it once for 12th. Haven't made it past the second break in that one for awhile. I did win a $10 9 man SNG tonight. Nice confidence booster since I kinda had been free falling. But I like where am at with the bankroll. I have invested only a couple hundred of cold hard cash. I have returned that back to credit card payments and then some. But I have logged a lot of hours trying to hit the big score. That is all I want. Gotta do it in small steps though which sucks. But progress is progress.

I'm at the final table of a $3 turbo 90 double stack on FT. 3 cashes in a row, not to shabby tonight. Miss Sherwood is here along with NippSox.

WELL I DID ANOTHER CASH OUT FOR A NICE SUM THE OTHER WEEK AND IT HAS GONE ALL DOWN HILL SINCE THEN. YOU WOULD HATE TO THINK THAT FULLTILT HAS IT IN FOR PEOPLE WHO WITHDRAW THERE WINNINGS BUT IT SEEMS AS IF IT ALWAYS HAPPENS. I'VE BASICALLY BEEN 0-40 FOR THE LAST WEEK OR SO. FIRST UP I USED A TOKEN OF MINE ON THE MORNING $75 KO. NOT SO GOOD. MAKE SOME PAIRS THEN PEOPLE WOULD TAG ALONG IN THE POT AND GET BETTER PAIRS OR HITS CRAZY RUNNER RUNNER STARIGHTS---IT WAS DISGUSTING.

SO I STARTED PLAYING POKER ON THE ESPN WEBSITE BACK IN 2004 WHEN I WAS LIVING IN SOUTH KOREA. I THEN TOOK IT UP A NOTCH AND GOT A COUGAR THAT I WAS SLAYING TO PUT $50 DOWN ON PARY POKER. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT DIDN'T LAST LONG. SO EVENTUALLY MAYBE ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO I TOOK THE CHANCE AND LOADED $100 ON FULLTILT. THAT $100 HAS ESSENTIALLY LASTED ME ALL THE WAY TO TODAY. I'VE CASHED OUT OUT ONLY ABOUT $1500 BUT I'VE PLAYED MY MY SHARE OF TOURNAMENTS AND SNG'S.

I BEEN BASICALLY OBSESSED WITH POKER SINCE THEN AND FOLLOW EVERYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH POKER. I'LL BE AT WORK WATCHING THE LIVE FEED OF THE EPT FINAL TABLE. EVEN ON OCCASION WOULD LOAD UP A TURBO SNG AT WORK TO PASS THE TIME. GRINDING IS EXACTLY WHAT I'VE DONE AS I'M DONE WITH THE $1 SNG. TO MANY WILD OUTRAGEOUS PLAYERS IN THAT. EVEN THE $5 SNG ARE PRETTY DONKY. I THINK YOU HAVE TO PLAY $10 AND ABOVE TO EVEN HAVE A SHOT TO CASH IF YOU PLAY PROPER POKER. OBVIOUSLY THOUGH I'M NOT A FAN OF PROPER POKER AS YOU HAVE TO BE A LITTLE WILD TO HAVE ANY CHANCE TO GETTING REAL MONEY PAYOUTS.

I'VE NEVER PAID FOR MORE THEN THE $26 DOUBLE STACKS ON FULLTILT. I DO PLAY THEM BUT GET IN WITH TOKENS. TOKENS ON THAT TOPIC ARE A GREAT THING. I'M WAITING AND HOPING THAT THE DAY WILL COME WHERE I WILL WIN ONE OF THOSE TOURNAMENTS. I FEEL AS IF A I HAVE THE GAME TO WIN THE BIG TOURNAMENTS AND THE PATIENCE TO GET TO THE FT'S. OH LORD IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE A BACKER. THAT IS EASY MONEY FOR ANYONE WHO CAN AFFORD IT.

IF I COULD PLAY THE SUNDAY TOURNAMENTS EVERY WEEK THEN THAT WOULD BE THE MOST IDEAL SITUATION EVER FOR MYSELF. TO HAVE THE BANKROLL TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT IS THE GOAL. ALL IT TAKES IS ONE GOOD RUN IN A BIG TOURNAMENT AND YOU CAN BE SET FOR LIFE IF YOU PLAY IT RIGHT.
