This week's PocketFives.com Online Tournament Rankings include a rare two-place jump within the Top 10, as Russell "rdcrsn" Carson (right) continues to enjoy the benefits of his $141,000 score in the PokerRoom $500k Guaranteed, combined with seven final tables so far in the month of February. Residing in Toronto, "rdcrsn" has caused quite a stir in the online poker world after his $148k cash in the Full Tilt Online Poker Series back in November.
Also moving up in the Top 10 this week is Danny "THE__D__RY" Ryan (left), who is currently ranked #9 in the world at online tournament play. This high-stakes Sit & Go player has made quite a name for himself in online tournaments, and could be on his way to a Top 5 ranking soon. Former #1 "Tmay420" is up two spots to #14, and Lee "Bill Ivey" Gaines is now ranked #25 in the world thanks to his consistent results.
PocketFiver "ElMastermind" moves up to #26 this week, followed by Christopher "SLOPPYKLOD" Klodnicki (right), who took down the PokerStars $100 rebuy earlier this month for $46,000. Corwin "mig.com" Mackey is up 12 spots to #29 following his 2nd Place finish in the PokerStars $100 rebuy last week. Brock "t soprano" Parker comes in at #34 this week. Brian "SN8WMAN" Hawkins is now ranked #35 following his huge $278,500 score for 1st Place in the PokerStars Sunday Million in late January, as "jpapola" jumps eight spots to #39 after winning the PokerStars $100 rebuy on February 17th for $51k.
Former Top 10 player and Triple Crown winner Shawn "phatcat" Luman (left) is now #40 in the world at online tournament play after earning over $100,000 in the month of February. Shawn has victories in the PokerStars Nightly Hundred Grand and $100 rebuy tournaments, as well as a 2nd Place finish in the Wednesday Hundred Fifty Grand... all this month. Joe "hoodini10" Udine is now ranked #43. Randal "RandALLin" Flowers has nine online final tables so far this month, and moves up to the #47 spot.
PocketFiver "Anbessa" is now ranked #49; enjoying a rankings boost from his victory in the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up. Terry "Asiandude7" Eischens (right) made a 15-spot leap into the #53 ranking this week; earning PLB points and Pro Poll respect for his 2nd Place finish in the PokerStars 2nd Chance tournament on February 10th. "GhettoFabolous" continues his rise in the rankings, finishing at #59 this week and PocketFiver "aaronbeen" is up 12 spots to #70. Another huge jump in the rankings was earned this week by "rcrane082985," whose $44k score in the PokerStars $100 rebuy and subsequent final table in the Nightly Hundred Grand was good enough to move him into the #77 ranking.
Former Top 10 online player Adam "Roothlus" Levy (left) is making headway once again and finishes this week at #84 on the heels of his outright victory in the Full Tilt Poker $32k Guaranteed. Right behind him is Sweden's "ATM4Life," who earned nearly $32k for his final table showing earlier this month in the PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up.
There are three players entering the Top 100 this week. Two-time WSOP bracelet winner and two-time WPT Champion Scott "BigRiskky" Clements (right) is currently ranked #93, followed by Chris "LUHMAN" Martin and "rkruok," who are currently ranked #98 and #99 respectively.
