This week's Online Poker Rankings
update features Sweden's mendieta19, who took 5th in the $2,000+100 Cubed (1 rebuy + 1 add-on) PokerStars SCOOP Event #17 for $84,500 earlier this month. Five days later, he won the Full Tilt Poker $100 rebuy $100k Guaranteed for $37,200 and moves up one spot to #7 worldwide this week. David Bakes Baker also climbs one to #5 thanks to his SCOOP success, as Steven PiKappRaider Burkholder edges closer to a top 10 return (up two to #11) following his eight final table appearances in tracked tournaments so far this month. Hungary's Belabacsi is now ranked #16 worldwide on the heels of nine online poker tournament victories in April, including a PocketFives Triple Crown.
Jonathan xxjondxx Delong of New York (pictured) will headline this week's PocketFives Podcast, and is up three to #17 after dual victories over that last two months in the PokerStars $1k Super Tuesday for over $60k each. Jeff YoungSupremacy Hakim took down the UltimateBet $100k Guaranteed one week ago for $29,500 and has leaped five spots to #26 in the world at online tournament play. Frank gator93 Hernandez continues to rise in the rankings (up five to #27) following his very impressive SCOOP results, Nick agriffrod Mitchell enjoys a nine-spot boost to #28, and Ryan ryanbluf Karp is now ranked #30 worldwide. Mark diptrhong Herm is up five to #38.
David Sir Sands (pictured) received an increased ranking this week upon winning his fifth weekend major tournament earlier this month, daisyxoxo is up 11 to #44 after his win in the Bodog $100k Guaranteed for $23.6k, and peachymer improves seven to #46. Wisconsin's titantom32 had a runner-up performance in the Full Tilt $750k Guaranteed for $80,250 over the weekend, and boasts the largest rankings jump this week; up 16 to #48 worldwide. Christian charder Harder is up ten to #57 on the heels of a 2nd place finish over the weekend in the "Sunday 500" for $63,500. Two weeks ago, he placed 4th in the WPT Championship for $572,000. PocketFiver jordankickz moves from #78 to #65 this week, scnoodle is up 11 to #80, and Grip makes his debut in the rankings at #89 this week after cashing for over $160,000 this past Sunday in high stakes online tournaments. Also new to the rankings this week are DevilTruck (#93), blizair (#95), flywiithme (#96), and Stuart THEDONATOR Paterson (#100).
