PocketFives.com members won four major online poker tournaments on Sunday, led by Norway's Alosvik who took down the PokerStars Sunday Million for $187,450. There were four other P5s members at that final table, including ikszoorn and ThrillsnKills. They received $39k and $26.8k respectively for their 6th and 7th place finishes while matt1269 and SharkInTheWater pocketed $17,600 and $10,700 for 8th and 9th place. Evan eham5 Hamtra earned $84,500 for his 2nd place effort in the Sunday Warm-Up on Stars. Alabama's homanga placed 3rd in that event for $56,300 and subsequently took home another $24,200 upon final tabling the Full Tilt $750k Guaranteed a few hours later. Scarface0928 was the beneficiary of a $47,200 payday after being eliminated in 4th place while Steven PiKappRaider Burkholder boosted his online bankroll by $28,300 in 6th place. Scarer placed 9th for $7,400.
Daniel wildman75 Buzgon (left) of Philadelphia placed 2nd in the $350k Guaranteed Sunday Brawl on Full Tilt Poker for $62,900. PocketFiver mcc3991 was eliminated in 3rd for $46.7k, followed by #1 ranked Steve gboro780 Gross and Greg DuckU Hobson, who finished 5th and 6th for $24,800 and $16,200 respectively. Ryan toetagu Fair took 3rd in the $750k Guaranteed weekly flagship event for over $55k, while BillChapel placed 4th for $43.5k and BP7000 won $32,600 for fifth. Peter Nordberg Feldman placed 7th for $18,100 and DEEZZZ_NUTS earned $14,200 for his 8th place showing. The Sunday Mulligan on Full Tilt saw supanova99 walk away with $37,700 for his runner-up performance. Right behind him was Lee acumen53 Childs, who received $27,600 upon bowing out in 3rd place.
MiracleGro (right), hailing from North Carolina, earned a victory in the Absolute Poker $100k Guaranteed on Sunday for $32,200. Kevin BeL0WaB0Ve Saul took home $19,200 for 2nd place, goodvibe won $13,600 for 3rd and Mark P0ker H0 Kroon was awarded $9,900 for fourth. New York's melikman was victorious in the Stars Sunday Second Chance for $48,850. Also at that final table were jakz101poker (4th for $20,200), JMaster130 (5th for $14,100), and flywithme (6th for $11,400). PocketFiver draq won $8,700 for 7th, Believer82 took home $6k for 8th and fitzfitz raked in $3,800 for 9th. In the Stars "Sunday 500" event, Derek derek8 Lerner of Canada cashed for $50,000 in 3rd place. JMPRODIGY won $21,250 for 6th and ILAN17 finished 9th for an even $7,000.
Belgium's SpaceyFCB (left) earned a 2nd place cash of $30,000 in the Titan Poker $250k Guaranteed on Sunday, only two months after he won the Stars Sunday Warm-Up for nearly $108k. High stakes online poker tournament player mendieta19 of Sweden collected $20,700 following his 3rd place effort in the PartyPoker $300k Guaranteed, while sanzard took down the Bodog $100k for $23,600. MarkFSU1, drexxel7 and TripleNet finished 4th-6th for $7k, $5,700 and $4,500 as Spydr_man rounded out the final table in 9th for $1,300. The UltimateBet $200k Guaranteed featured three PocketFivers at its final table. Sir Sands won $13k for 4th, hickey987 received a bankroll boost of $11k for 5th and BIgFloPPeR01 is now $7k richer as a result of his 7th place showing.
