PokerStars is giving away an Aston Martin, the muscle car featured in the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale. That’s right – they’re giving this car away. “This car is so exclusive, it will not even be available until the end of 2007 and only a limited number will ever be produced,” said a representative from
PokerStars.
There are nearly 600 online poker players registered as of press time for this exciting tournament. PokerStars is an official partner of Aston Martin racing and is “always looking for exclusive and exciting prizes to offer [their] customers to thank them for their business.” There are satellites constantly running for this Aston Martin Freeroll, which you can buy in for as little as 25 FPPs. To locate a full list of available satellites, click on “Tourney,” then “Satellite,” then “FPP” in your PokerStars lobby.
You can buy in directly to the Aston Martin Freeroll on December 9th for 10,000 FPPs. PokerStars has one table satellites for 1,000 FPPs and two table satellites for 500 FPPs. You can play a double shootout turbo satellite for 100 FPPs and, for 25 FPPs, you can play in one of two daily satellites that run at 2:00pm ET and 10:00pm ET. Each pays nine entries into the Aston Martin Freeroll.
If you do not win the December 9th event, you can still take home cash as a consolation prize. The top 200 places will pay, with spots 100-199 paying $160. The runner up will receive a whopping $15,800. According to PokerStars, the Aston Martin is valued at over $200,000, “but the winner’s car will have a much greater value, as it will be the very first car off the production line.”
