Pocketfives.com members won eight major tournaments for the first
part of this week, led by the #5 ranked online poker tournament player shaundeeb (right), who took down the PokerStars Super Tuesday for $81,800. JMPRODIGY took 3rd in that event for $44.6k, Waters finished 4th for $34,000, Sweden's mendieta19 took $23.8k for 5th, and was no stranger to final tables this week. Finishing 8th was Cory UGOTPZD Carroll who earned $14.2k and intervention received just under $10k for 8th.
The $1k Monday on Full Tilt Poker saw five Pocketfives.com members at its final table. Coming out on top for $92,000 was Scott stpauli111 Hall. In third place was Jason JP OSU Potter who earned just over $44k. Mendieta19 took 4th in this tournament for $34k, dbones6 placed 6h for $18,400 and JohnnyBelow earned $9,200 for 8th, just five days after taking down the PokerStars Quarter Million. Michael rock3656 Rocco earned $7,360 for 9th place.
Monday’s Nightly $100k final table on PokerStars only had one Pocketfiver reach the final table. YouCantEscape finished in 6th place for $6,700. The $100 rebuy, however, saw P5s members aplenty. Coming in second for $16k was whitE_mAmbA,
who also took down the Full Tilt Poker $30 rebuy for $9.4k the same
night. Taking 3rd place for his second final table of the night was mendieta19 who earned $10.6k. Scott Stsitron Sitron placed 4th for $7.3k, bfineman took 7th for $3.2k and Joshua theNorfman Norris took 9th for $1,500.
Tuesday’s Nightly $100k tournament on PokerStars saw five P5ers at the final table. TommieJ placed 1st for $39,300, Matt Plattsburgh Vengrin (right) took 2nd for $21.3k, Chomper4 placed 4th for just shy of $12k, Phil fuhrmanp Fuhrman took 5th for $8.3k and cardsfan04 took home just over $5k for his seventh place finish.
The nightly $100 rebuy on PokerStars had four top players at it's final table Tuesday. Taking down the event was Carter bdybldngpkrplyr Phillips, who earned $33,150 for his victory. Close behind was Germany's TheRealPokerccini who placed 3rd for $14.7k. Dan WiLDmAn75 Buzgon, who took 3rd in last weeks Super Tuesday, finished 7th for $4.6k and professional Alex AJKHoosier1 Kamberis finished in 9th for $2,200.
On
Wednesday, Full Tilt Poker held its $100 rebuy $100k Guarantee 6-max
tournament. It was a tough final table with all six players being members of Pocketfives.com. In the end, it was Chris cdbr3799 Dombrowski (right) who's pocket aces held up on the final hand earing him $37,600 for his victory. HONKYdonky finished in second place for $24.7k, CNT CRUSHER just under $18k for 3rd, WiLDmAn75 placed 4th for $13.3k, Brian AKBigFish James took $9.3k for 5th and leakinmoney took home just over $6,000 for sixth place.
Also on Wednesday was the nightly $100 rebuy on PokerStars. Corwin mig.com Mackey won the event for $37,150, Norm427 placed 3rd for $11.8k, Thalai earned just under $9k for 5th, gregior took 8th for $3.8k and xMONSTERxDONGx walked away with $2.5k for 9th.
UltimateBet
is the host for two large tournaments on Wednesday. The Sniper 80k
Guarantee tournament had six P5s members at it's final table. Joshua bbbbb33 Weizer placed 1st for $21,900. Coming in 3rd was Dan Wretchy Martin (left), who after placing 9th the previous week, earned $9.1k this week for his finish. In fourth was johnboiprodigy for $6.2k, redirkulous took 6th for $4.2k, rivermanl placed 7th for $3.3k and lastly was PMJackson21 who walked away with $1.7k for his 9th place finish.
Also on UltimateBet was the $100k Guarantee tournament. Ninth ranked player eisenhower1 won the event for $41,600. JohnnyGStaks placed second for just over $25k. Shawn phatcat1 Luman took 3rd for $18.4k, Mohsin chicagocards1 Charania (right) took 5th for $11.3k and intervention earned just shy of $4k for his 9th place finish.
Finally on Wednesday was the Quarter Million tournament on PokerStars. The tournament ended in a 3-way chip-chop. PocketFiver 1BigAceHole (left) took the second prize of $43,700 for being 2nd in chips. Mossified84 took 4th place for just over $23k, Damage1 placed 5th for $16k, Nancy TheReader23 Martin took 6th for $13k, AJKHoosier1 placed 7th for $10k and Plattsburgh earned $4.3k for 9th.
