England vs Scotland vs Wales vs Northern Ireland competing for a WPT Paris Prize Package!

All four countries will be represented in the UK Olympiad Freeroll, a ten man Sit and Go on PartyPoker August 23rd.

The winner of this UK Olympiad Freeroll will win a WPT Paris Prize Package - $7500 tournament entry plus $1000 for travel! But that's not all - The Olympiad Champion will also be required to share 20% of his WPT winnings with the country he represents!

The Qualifying Round for the UK Olympiad Freeroll runs from July 15th through August 15th. All you have to do is cash in MTTs on PartyPoker to get Leaderboard points!

How to qualify for the UK Olympiad Freeroll:

1. Opt in to the UK Olympiad by clicking the green Opt In button below - make sure that your PartyPoker or WPT Poker screen name and your Location are listed in your PocketFives profile first! Click here to edit your profile, or click here to create an account if you are not yet a PocketFives.com member.

2. Play in MTTs on PartyPoker between July 15th and August 15th. Qualifying MTTs must have at least a $1 buy in, at least $500 in the prize pool, and at least 75 players. If you don't yet have a PartyPoker account please click through this link to create one!

3. PocketFives will create a UK Olympiad Leaderboard on each of the four country pages. Your top 15 cashes on PartyPoker during the qualifying period will count towards this leaderbard.

4. The top two leaderboard scores in each country will qualify for the UK Olympiad Freeroll. Eight of the Ten qualifiers in the UK Olympiad Freeroll will qualify through the country-specific leaderboard. You can track your progress on this contest page or on your own Local Community Page.

5. A ninth person will qualify for the UK Olympiad Championship Freeroll by having the highest Olympiad Leaderboard score that did not finish first or second in his country.

6. A Tenth person will qualify by winning the WildCard Freeroll, which will be held on August 20th. Anyone Opted In to the UK Olympiad Contest from any UK country that scores at least one cash in a qualifying PartyPoker MTT between July 15th and August 15th is eligible to play in the WildCard Freeroll. The winner gets the final seat in the 10 Man UK Olympiad Freeroll on August 23rd!

Terms and Conditions

  • The P5s UK Olympiad will run from July 15th-August 15th. Only cashes on Party Poker and WPT Poker during that period will count for any of the requirements in the promotion.
  • Only PocketFives members who opt in will be eligible for the promotion. Only those who have opted in before July 31st, 2012 will be eligible for any part of this promotion.
  • No cashes will count for a participant's total if those cashes were achieved prior to that participant opting into the promotion.
  • If you change your Party Poker or WPT Poker name in your profile at any point after opting in, you'll be automatically opted out of the competition and will have to subsequently opt back in. Only cashes after opting back in will count - anything before that point will be erased from your total.
  • In order to qualify for any part of this promotion (including the national pride freeroll), you must have at least one cash on PartyPoker or WPT Poker after opting in and during the period of the promotion. Only cashes that are tracked by PocketFives can count for this requirement.
  • All PocketFives accounts that opt in will be cross-checked with their corresponding Party Poker or WPT Poker accounts to verify the country in which they reside. You are only eligible to participate in the country (Wales, Scotland, N. Ireland or England) in which you reside.
  • You can participate in this promotion via Party Poker and/or WPT Poker. We will use the name(s) in your PocketFives profile to track your cashes during the promotion. For the National Pride freeroll, each PocketFives member can only participate once and cannot use multiple accounts to gain extra participation.
  • The Wild Card Freeroll and the 10-man P5s UK Olympiad will both be held on Party Poker. Entries to both are non-transferable. Prizes are non-transferable and only available to registered members of PocketFives. Please contact support@pocketfives.com with any questions.
  • PocketFives and PartyPoker reserve the right to disqualify any participant and/or change any detail of the competition at any time.
