Finally, the news is out! Starting this Thursday, members and guests will be able to download the all-new Pocket 5’s Podcasts, featuring news & events in the online poker community along with special guest interviews with online poker’s biggest stars.
When the PocketFives.com Administration first contacted me about anchoring the show, my initial reaction was excitement... which quickly turned into a huge sense of responsibility as our launch date drew closer and closer. You see, online poker has provided many of us with not only a means to make a living, but also the chance to become part of something special , make new friends, and share insight on this wonderful game of poker we all love.
That being said, the show’s main goal will be to communicate tendencies and current events in online poker in a way that is both informative and entertaining. In other words, the Pocket 5’s Podcasts are a way of saying “Thanks!” to the millions of poker players around the world who have put their trust, time, and dedication into the online poker industry.
So it’s with great pride that we introduce to you an innovative means of celebrating online poker, the sites that make it possible, and the players who together form a community larger than any of us could have possibly imagined a few short years ago.
