This week's Podcast features an interview with U.S. Congressman Robert Wexler (D-FL), who will answer questions regarding a renewed push in Washington to either repeal the UIGEA or provide a special exemption for games that include skill, such as poker. Under his proposed bill, the Skill Game Protection Act, many games involving skill, including poker, would be protected from the UIGEA.
Congressman Wexler has been an advocate of legalizing "games of skill" online. In this week's interview, Rep. Wexler talks about the recent House Financial Services Committee Hearing that took place on April 2nd, the Poker Players Alliance movement, and his thoughts on HR 5767.
