This week's PocketFives Podcast, brought to you by Carbon Poker,
features
interviews with Steve Paul Ambrose and Andy "BKiCe" Seth.
Steve Paul Ambrose won the 2006 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure for over $1.3 million, and has never looked back. In this week's interview, Steve (who signed up at PocketFives as 'stevejpa' back in 2007, answers listener questions about the amount of poker talent from the city of Waterloo.
Our second guest is Andy "BKiCe" Seth, who recently placed 2nd in the WSOP Event #24 ($1,500 NLHE) for $372,500. Andy gave a heartfelt answer when asked about the traits of a successful poker player, and also added, "The biggest thing seperating a marginal winining player from a strong winning player is the ability to handle losing/adversity/downswings/badbeats... just negativity in general. You should never be afraid to be wrong in poker, whether it means making a bold play, or asking a question. Being scared to be wrong is a big handicap."
