Does this site have any dedicated support personnel or just one person handling all the issues? I singed up for a six month subscription via Paypal today and did not receive any confirmation email and I can not log in to the site with the credentials I set up. I thought maybe I had mistyped my email address when I signed up so, I sent two emails and I finally received a response saying they would look into it. Now I'm trying to be patient but, it's been over ten hours since I registered and no access yet. I was really looking forward to watching some new vids this weekend. Has anyone else had this problem with this site?
