At what point in your Banroll is it ok to mkae an investment in a training site.

I really want to subscribe to Poker X Factor, but with a BR of only $2500, can I take a $150 initial hit???

Is this site truely worth an initial 6% decrease in my BR?

Im ready to step up my game and really take poker seriously, can i see this as a solid investment? or is this spending too much or my bankroll tht ive worked dam hard to get to (started from $5 about 3 months ago after withdrawing all my money and quitting for about 6 months)

absolutely. if you can't see yourself winning back that $150 with proper br managment on top of loads of new content to improve your game vastly, than you probably shouldn't be playing poker at all. but with that aside ive played with you a few times and you def have a good game so as long as you're willing to study the game and want to improve, than subscribing to pxf is a no brainer imo. gl with whatever choice you make.

Don't waste your money, you will already know most of what you will see and hear, just like all the books, it is the same old shit and cards are only cards, don't buy into the racket that is training sites!

Are you meaning things like the Hand Replayer or other resources?

^^^^^^this...
first off, to be able to sweat a guys tournamnet win is great, to listen to what they have to say and to see there whole cards and what line they take..

Now, obv some of these guys are making moves at there stakes that dont apply to low-mid stake limits, but for the most part, what you see is very valuable.....

Gutshtallin is a great instructor, Doubledave has a couple great vids as well, also some of the old instructors are still in archieves and guest pros aswell...

I dont use the hand replayers as much, but i do post my HHs that im curious about in the forums...

you know, but it all depends what kind of commitment you want to put in, obv just watching vids are not gonna make you a great player and its noty goona be an instant success, i watch em everyday and i still have leaks, but there are deff tools there that can help you plug up the leaks.....

to me, its worth every penny

Just use the basic pot odds formula below -

Pot Size = P

Your Stack = Y

Opponent's Stack = O

Your chance of Winning = W

Now calculate (P/(Y*O)+(~W*P*2)/52) = Your Pot Odds
