They are sooooooo screwed for not doing it. And btw, the media is beyond stupid. They keep saying the 730 shooting "had to be a student that lived in that hall, because there were card readers on the outsides of the buildings and they would need an ID to get in." Have they not heard of piggybacking? I used to do it all the time.
