My
name is Joseph Muzuma. Then, I was a senior at Argo Community High
School in Summit, Illinos. When I heard some of my Latino friends were
going to march for Immigration rights, I skipped classes and I went to
march with them, and I saw Barack Obama with my two eyes.
The
Clintons, would like you to think that Obama does not care about Latino
folks, but the truth is none of the Clintons marched on that day, they
just want your votes. I want you to know that actions speak louder than
words.

That was weird. I was going to reply, " What are immigration rights?" I scrolled down and thought wait, I didn't reply yet and I know I didn't write "serious question".
There might be one and that is if you are born here, you are a citizen, but then you haven't immigrated either.

sooooooo, i guess the OP just wanted to spam us with that copy-paste and then not answer my question. I wasn't bashing Obama at all either.... I was honestly curious to know what he meant by "immigration rights."

My biggest problem is no one really says how they'll handle immigration reform. The republicans don't say how thye plan on sending everyone back and the dems seem afraid to just say we want amnesty. I love Obama's rhetoric but geez, not a ton of substance. I guess that's all politicians though

Create Secure Borders
Obama wants to preserve the integrity of our borders. He supports additional personnel, infrastructure and technology on the border and at our ports of entry.
Improve Our Immigration System
Obama believes we must fix the dysfunctional immigration bureaucracy and increase the number of legal immigrants to keep families together and meet the demand for jobs that employers cannot fill.
Remove Incentives to Enter Illegally
Obama will remove incentives to enter the country illegally by cracking down on employers who hire undocumented immigrants.
Bring People Out of the Shadows
Obama supports a system that allows undocumented immigrants who are in good standing to pay a fine, learn English, and go to the back of the line for the opportunity to become citizens.
Work with Mexico
Obama believes we need to do more to promote economic development in Mexico to decrease illegal immigration

god, i really hope obama doesnt get into office...the last thing we need right now is to let illegals into our country by the boat load.

I don't know all of the facts, but McCain recently hired Juan Hernandez to his staff. Mr. Hernandez is pretty much a wide open border proponent.
The Mexican border is not one of my top priorities, but for those who think it is a very important issue, I think you have lost this time around.
