Have you tried talking to her about what you would like her to do instead? It's not like people can't learn how to do it. There are books out there. Maybe you could suggest that you guys look at one together?
I recommend "How To Drive Your Man Wild In Bed" by Graham Masterson. It's an easy read. Not all of it will be for everyone, but take what you like and leave the rest. There are "how to please your woman" books, too, so maybe you can ask her to look at one of those and show you some things she would like. That way it doesn't come across as "you suck at blow jobs", but more like "I want to learn some ways we can please each other better, it'll be fun".
Trust me, reading those books will get the juices flowing if you know what I mean. If you're gonna be in a relationship with someone, you need to be able to talk about this stuff. If you don't feel comfortable with it, then you probably should find someone else.
