 Yeah, I definitely thought she was hot too .  Dexter+Trinity thanksgiving scene was awesome.

how could u think that lithgow has been lame this season? the character is awesome and he is one of the sickest actors ever...i was on the edge of my seat the entire episode last night, mostly becasuse of the sick acting and chemistry between trinitiy and dexter...

and i had a different take on the moms reaction to the daughter hitting on dexter...i took it as dont tell dad because hes a pyscho and will beat the shit out of her for acting like a slore...i guess it makes sense that he molests her but i think most of the abusive in the family is verbal, phsychological and obv physical, but only violence not sexual...i could be wrong i guess but i think the mom was just scared of making trinity angry...i dont think he would be jealous because hes fucking his own daughter and now she wants dexter lol...little far fetched but it is dexter and anything is possible

 lithgow's acting = not lame.

but I didn't think anything was special about his first couple kill scenes, kinda boring ideas with the chick/mirror/bathtub and the mom falling to her death. The hammer kill was a little more entertaining, but I still wasn't impressed. Him and Dexter interacting wasn't even doing it for me.

But this family dynamic they just revealed, well that made me sit on the edge of my seat too Jsup. This episode made the season good (for me personally) because between the Cubano romance and the reporter chick I was getting a bit bored. But now, I feel like I was investing all that time into a good story.

But up until this episode this was my 3rd favorite season so far. Best seasons were 1 and 2. 3rd season sucked my balls. This one is good now. We'll see where it ends up.

 So, I guess it was the reporter who shot Lundy, but the Trinity's daughter thing came out of fucking nowhere. The last few episodes will be awesome.

I don't think Trinity was in on his daughter (reporter) popping Lundy and Deb.

I think she did it for two reasons:

1. She's a sociopath.  Created news and scoop on it for her career (which is on thin ice).

2. To protect her dad when she discovered he was in trouble.

I think next week's previews make it look like they were in on it together.  Based on what has happened so far, I don't believe it.

I agree with this whole post... that was how I interpreted the exchange between Mrs. Trinity / Dexter... I didn't take it as being sexual in nature, more that he has a massive temper and they just didnt want to piss him off.

That whole scene was great though.

The only things we know about lithgow are the things that are in dexter's scope of consciousness. 

he's a sociopath so  the berth of shit he is capable of is pretty broad from a writers', viewers', dexters perspectives

Lithgow  delivers the shit out of Arthur Mitchell..Holy Hell

That was a top 3 episode in my opinion... they unloaded on the viewer

So stoked for the final episodes now..sfglued

Neighbor is a jerk prolly has history of multiple missing wives. Is he not the one who was fighting all the time in season 2?

No Trinity no story for the daughter. She might not know it's dad and was trying to get both from her psycho jealous love interest. She is quick to please tho. Only tits we are getting on a reg these days, drags over too imo.

A) To everyone who agreed with the OP in that thread last week saying Dexter has gone to shit, LOL @ you guys. This show is TITS. Awesome episode. So awesome, I watched it again about 12 hours after watching it the 1st time.
