I agree with Matty "Hollywood" Vanspurgion here. Bigger is better. Obviously there is a tipping point, but that isn't until you get above F (DDD).

small and real > big and fake
i hate fake for two reasons... they feel too firm and fake... and also a girl i went to college with got a boob job and they went in thru her nipple so there would be no visible scar... well, after the surgery it turned blackish and was very sore... and poof a few days later it had to be taken off... all that money to be a one nippled freak... so, the plastic surgeon sort of fabricated a new one... using her ear lobe skin to create it... sick shit
