just read some online franchise shit...there is free agency, but there are no contracts..draft is live and you can do it from xbox or computer...u can do everything from a computer other than play the game apparently (depth chart, trades, etc)

there is also no salary cap, so we would have to do a system like that one posted in the OP if we were to have a salary cap

also i guess they cut out the flex play because they want it to be more realistic...so the commish needs to advance the league to the next week of play...injuries come into play this way

theres some other stuff thats interesting, but the thing i didnt see was what i said before...unless u can randomize the schedule i think we need to randomly get assigned teams so divisions are random

How we going to have a cap with no contracts?  And free agency would be kinda funky with no contracts...
