dining table, TV, kitchenette(mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker,
dishes), & full bath(no tub, just shower), Bay Window w/
Ultra-Suede Drapes. Private gated entrance in back on working llama
farm(don't worry, it doesn't smell). Access to covered deck w/ swing
and cocktail bar overlooking llama field. Bonfire pit for cookouts or
relaxing on a chilly evening! Good, safe area, parking, quiet,
peaceful. 20 min to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville.
Includes phone, electric and Dish Network TV. $450 month, no contract
to sign, month to month. Credit cards Ok! Smokers Ok(outside).
Note: This is NOT a whole cabin, just a private room inside a cabin.

Yeah but getting the chance to live in a Llama habitat is like winning the fkn lottery to the avg. Tennesseean. Most would pay that amount for 6'x6' empty barn space.

I dont think you can get anything bigger than a PO box in Central/South Jersey for that.

$450 a month will literally get you a closet (10' x10') Here in NYC.
And your going to be sharing all other living spaces with at least one other person... in a studio apartment, above a known crack den... with some korean prostitues living next door... If your lucky that is...
