I've never lived next door to a girl like that. Ever.
In fact, the flat next door to mine appears to mainly contain East London crack whores that have fallen upon hard times (if it is possible to find times that are harder than being an East London crack whore).
In fact, I've had a great idea for a film. "The Ho NextDo".
East London crack whore Elisha Cuthbert moves into her new flat in Dalston. Here she meets dashing, charming, good looking rogue (Hoopie1). Despite their different backgrounds, they fall madly in love, and Cuthbert takes great delight in allowing Hoopie to roger her left, right and centre for his vicarious pleasure. Being a liberal sort, she also allows him to bang loads of her friends (Angelina Jolie, Keira Knightley, Scarlett Johanssen).
It's a real feel good movie. A sort of Pretty Woman for the noughties.
The script is available to interested film companies. I await your call.
