Unfortunately most of last year's contest pics are no longer up, cuz they removed their contest pics from photobucket/etc, but, this year I will make sure to save all contest pics to my hard drive, so it's all good.
Okay so here’s how this contest works:
-There is no entry fee to this contest. Anyone is welcome to submit pictures to try to win the contest, regardless of whether they’ve donated any money to the contest prize pool or not.
-There will be 3 winners paid for the contest: 1st place will win 70% of the prize pool, 2nd place will win 20% of the prize pool, and 3rd place will win 10% of the prize pool.
The rules:
- The woman holding the sign must be between the ages of 17 and 23 ("real college age" not that oh I'm an old person that's randomly in college bullshit)
- The woman holding the sign must be enrolled in an actual 4 year college.
- YOU MUST NOT KNOW THE CHICK. (I am gonna have to go on the "honor system" for this rule) It has to be some chick you just randomly found on campus when walking around campus. It can't be a chick you've ever hung out with. It's okay if she is a classmate of yours, as long as you haven't been hanging out after class before and thus know her. This will force you guys to take pics of the hottest girls you come across when walking around campus (which has like 20,000 chicks) rather than just the hottest girl you happen to personally know (which would be out of a sample of like the 50 chicks you personally know or whatever) so this rule will help make the submissions be hotter on average than if I let you just use chicks you know, since the hottest chick out of 20,000 chicks is obv most likely gonna be a lot hotter than the hottest chick out of like 50 chicks.
- The chick must be the one holding the sign. Not you, or anyone else.
- There can be more than one woman in the photo, but only the one holding the sign counts for the contest, or, if more than 1 of them have their hand on the sign, then only the chick in the middle will count for the contest.
- You can post as many different chicks holding I Heart OT signs as you want, but no more than 1 pic of any 1 single girl. (so like, you can post 20 pics, each of a different girl holding an I Heart OT sign, but, you cannot post 20 pics of the same girl holding an I Heart OT sign)
- And last but not least: you CANNOT submit the same girl/pic you submitted in last year's contest. Duh...
Grading system:
1. Although I have overall/final say in who I pick as the contest winners, I will definitely take OT's opinions into consideration in judging the pics (For example, last year the winner was not the pic I personally would've chosen as the winner if I was going purely by only my opinion).
2. You gain points by taking a picture of the girl:
- During daytime
- ON CAMPUS (as in, we can literally see the college campus or a classroom you are inside of in the background of the photo)
- With lots of random people wandering around behind the chick walking to class giving you a "wtf??" look as they pass by wondering wtf you are doing
3. You lose points by taking a picture of the girl:
- During nighttime
- NOT on campus (i.e. we can't see either the campus or a classroom you are inside of in the background of the photo)
- At a bar or party
That said, you also obv gain more points the hotter the chick holding the sign is, so, even if you lose points on one or more category above, if your chick is a perfect 10.0/10.0 and the picture quality is good and not fuzzy then you might still win the contest, so do not abandon all hope, lol. Just keep in mind however that if two chicks are equally hot, but one is at a party/bar and the other is standing in front of the student union of a college campus with lots of students wandering past behind her, the latter girl would win.
And don't forget: p5s website rules:
- No nipples can be shown (not to be confused with the entire breast other than the nipple, which is fine)
- No vagina can be shown (not to be confused with cameltoe, which is fine)
- No butthole can be shown (not to be confused with butt, which is fine)

Final results:
Well, I just finished tallying up the votes and...
1st place: Darkpoker received the most votes by a huge margin, so he wins and gets 70% of the prizepool.
2nd place: This one came down to a tie in the votes. JugiV got 20 1st place votes and SoCalDrew got 19 1st place votes, but then when I tallied up the ones where neither jugiv nor socaldrew were picked 1st, but I looke dto see their 2nd choice/honorable mention SoCalDrew got 4 votes in that fashion whereas JugiV only got 3, bringing it to a perfect tie.
Thus, I will have to act as the tiebreaker. I personally don't care all that much for eather chick to be completely honest, but I prefer SoCalDrew's chick to Jugiv's chick, and I also like some of the chicks in his group-photo so I guess I vote SoCal for 2nd place. SoCal wins 20% of the prizepool.

Future plans:
I will not be running another college campus hottie signholding contest on here again... however... I WILL be running a summer beach hottie signholding contest this summer! I am going to run it from June 1st 2010 to August 31st 2010. That contest will have only THREE RULES total:
1. Chick has to be holding an "I <3 OT" sign
2. Chick has to be wearing only a bathing suit
and 3. Chick has to be on a beach
That's it! No other rules! I think it will be a fun contest and I hope you guys are looking forward to it, I know I am! Okay that's all folks!

and for the love of god, you should auto win a contest if you post pics like korey did.. i dont care if he paid them to do it, that shit was hot as hell!

Imo, only about 1/3rd of the fun of this competition has to do with hot chicks holding OT signs. The second 1/3rd of the fun is: The challenge aspect of it (like, the idea being that the hotter the chick is, the more of a statistical rarity she will be, and thus be harder to find, and of course getting her to agree to hold a sign and pose for a pic on top of all that, even though she doesn't know you. This makes it a challenging competition, sort of like a poker tournament, or a short film contest etc. It wouldn't be fun if it was too easy, the challenge adds to the enjoyment. And finally the last 1/3rd of the fun is supposed to be the weirdness/funnyness of it, in that, some of the chicks will probably have weird/perplexed/funny facial expressions in the pics (given that they have no clue who the fuck you are, or what the fuck you are doing) so this will likely make for numerous funny stories when some of the guys who had particularly challenging/weird/funny stories about their photography adventure tell OT about what happened.
If it was just about that first 1/3rd (just getting any hot chick to hold an OT sign, with girlfriends and fuckbuddies allowed) then that would be only 1/3rd as fun, cuz those other 2/3rds of the fun would be left out.
THAT is why I made the rule that you aren't allowed to know the chick, and that it should just be a random chick you find on campus walking around campus during the day time on a school day.
Of course, you can (and probably should) still post pics of your girlfriends/chicks you know, in sexy clothes/lingere holding OT signs if you guys want to, just keep in mind that that won't qualify for the prizepool.
Makes sense yeah?

I've been checking the monthly weather forecasts for a bunch of the towns where colleges are that have hot chicks, and it looks like there's still going to be a few weeks of warm/hot weather in most of the places (i.e. ucla, asu, uofa, texas, lsu, tenn, alabama, florida, miami, etc). So, good news for the slutty clothing stuff looks like.

If I somehow get this girl that lives two doors down from me to agree to this, is that still considered a "friend"? I've never spoken a word to her but she's pretty damn gorgeous and would be a frontrunner in this competition.
I probably wouldn't go through with it anyway. I'd feel too creepy. I'd have to pretend holding the sign is some way of supporting the fight against cancer or something.

If you've never spoken a word to her before, then, that means you don't know her, so it's fine.
Would be better to get a pic of a truly random chick outside on campus though, optimally.
