What is currently your biggest fear in life?

i have a couple

- turning into the person i always said i would never be. not to fall into the trap of working a job that i hate, settling for a life that isn't the most of what i could make of it.

- commitment... particularly in relationships. whenever i have made a commitment, it has completely back fired. the regret of wasting some of your life with someone is something i don't want to experience again.

aaaaaaaand

i don't want to piss myself again, like i did this yesterday morning :D

The only thing I really fear is not being able to pay our bills. My wife and I scrape by paycheck to paycheck. All of our bills are paid but we don't have much left over.

I believe a certain housecat in a certain empty home made a certain police officer lose control of a certain bodily function tho, iirc

Quick Sand.

On a more serious note, I would have to say fatherhood, whenever that may come.  It is one of those fears that excite you as well.  I have always known I wanted to have kids, but my expectations are so high that I am afraid I will not meet them.  Eh, /immasculating rant.

I think a crostrich would be way scarier than a fatherhood

Not living up to my potential is my greatest fear in life.  Since I graduated from college, I have been relatively stagnant--not working towards anything.

I also seem to struggle with having "serious" relationships with women.  I cite high standards as my reason, but I seem to inadvertantely sabatoge things everytime things start going well/geting serious.  I'm not too worried about this yet as I'm only 26 and don't have any problem meeting new women, but I could see it being a problem in the future.
