Here is my problem.. Last October or November my couisin was arrested down in Kentucky. Now he tells everyone in my family that he was with someone that was stealing something and got caught. But last week he went back down there for his pre-trial and they offered him a del of 7 years in a federal prison. Now if you ask me that sounds pretty fishy and eveyrone knows he lying but no one knows the truth. If they offer you a deal of 7 years they are cuttin you a break. So I am thinking armed robbery or something. But I have googled it and everything and cant find it nowhere. Please any links where I could look it up or what. I dont know what town or anything. I just know he got arrested in October or Novmeber of 2007. Thanks

Pay for a background check or check out Kentucky Bureau of Investigations, they'd have statewide records showing what, wheh, and where.

^^^^You can prolly pull from a public records database on-line with his name and date of birth.
|

It is public record
Call the county courthouse or the federal courthouse in whatever district it was where he was arrested and ask for the info.
They will hook it up.

Although he is getting offered a deal of 7 years, he can still get off.
My brother was offered 10 years... when the case went to trial, the judge threw it out.

I aint saying that he wouldnt get out of it. It just dont add up the story he told us than they offer him 7 years you know what I am saying??
