Rakeback on P5s Post

Hey guys.  About a week two weeks ago I opened an account on Cake Poker and set up Rakeback through Pocketfives.  After everything was set up, my pocketfives rakeback account page said that I had 33% rakeback, however it would take 96 hours to verify my account with the Poker site.  I wanted to wait for the RB to work before I began playing, so I waited.  Since then I have been in touch with both Pocketfives and Cake live support numerous time.  Still I do not have Rakeback.  They have both told me that everything was set up fine, it just had to be verified.  Pocketfives live support even told me that they was going to forward our conversation to management and that it would be taken care of shortly.  This was about a week ago.

My question is have any of you guys encountered any problems similiar to my own?  If so, how long did it take for everything to work out properly?  Is the problem more on the end of Cake Poker, or is it with the Rakeback program on P5s? 

If anyone has any advice, such as who else I could contact or what other ways I could go about resolving this problem, please let me know.  I opened the Cake account specifically to play with rakeback (I have never had RB on any site before), and have barely played in the last 2 weeks because of this.  I admit that Cake has much better support than any other site Ive played on.  They always respond immediately, however no progress has been made as far as verifying my acount goes.
